2. PRODUCTS & MATERIAL VARIATION

RookField products are cast concrete, made and finished by hand. Color, tone, surface texture, air-bubble pattern, and minor dimensional variation are inherent to the material and process and are not defects. Product images are representative; your piece will vary slightly.

3. PRICING & ERRORS

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed based on incorrect information, including after an order has been submitted.

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships.

5. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier's delivery to the address provided.

6. GUARANTEE & RETURNS

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Guarantee & Returns Policy, including the 14-day satisfaction guarantee and 7-day transit-damage policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The RookField name, the RookField seal mark, site content, and product imagery are the property of Rookfield [FILLER: entity type, e.g. LLC] and may not be used without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RookField is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
