Sourcing requests and quotes

Submitting a request through this website is not an order, and our review of it is free and non-binding for both sides. Availability, pricing, and lead-time information shared during review is indicative until confirmed in a written quote.

Commercial terms for an actual transaction — price, payment, delivery terms (including Incoterms), and documentation — are those stated in the written quote you approve, not anything on this website. If a quote and this website disagree, the quote wins.

Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the requirements you send us and for having the right to share any files you upload. We treat uploaded BOMs and part lists as confidential business information, as described in our privacy policy.

No warranties on site content

Website content is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current, and it does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of supply, or trade-compliance advice.

Export compliance

Transactions we support are subject to applicable US export laws and regulations. We will not proceed with any transaction that cannot be completed lawfully, and both parties are expected to provide accurate information required for export documentation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rookfield's liability arising out of the use of this website is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing. Liability for actual transactions is addressed in the commercial terms of the applicable quote or agreement.
