Common questions
FAQ
What information should I send for a quote?
Manufacturer, part number, quantity, target date, and destination. Anything extra — alternates policy, target price, a current quote — makes the first answer better.
Can I send an entire BOM?
Yes. Upload Excel, CSV, or PDF on the quote page. We'll tell you which lines we can support and which we can't.
Can I start with one component?
Yes — that's the recommended way to test us. One difficult part is enough to see how we work.
Do I need a long-term agreement?
No. There is no commitment required to submit a request or receive a quote. Recurring arrangements only happen if the first orders earn them.
How do you handle shipping to Vietnam?
We coordinate export documentation and ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or freight forwarding depending on size and urgency. Details on the logistics page.
Can we use our own freight forwarder?
Usually, yes. Tell us in the request and we'll coordinate the handoff and documentation with your forwarder.
Do you support Vietnamese communication?
Your price sheets arrive bilingual — Vietnamese first, English second. You're welcome to write to us in Vietnamese; our working language for the sourcing conversation today is English.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review every request directly and follow up as fast as the requirement allows. We don't promise response times we can't keep — if something will take longer, we say so.
