Plain-language version: we collect what you send us, we use it to answer your sourcing request, we keep your files private, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect
When you submit a sourcing request or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, company, work email, phone number if given, destination details, part requirements, notes, and any files you upload (such as BOMs or part lists).
We also collect standard technical information needed to operate the site securely, such as IP addresses used for rate limiting on our forms.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: reviewing your requirement and responding to it — checking availability, preparing quotes, coordinating procurement and shipment, and communicating with you about your request.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your BOMs or part lists for anything other than preparing and fulfilling your request.
Uploaded files
BOMs and part lists can contain commercially sensitive information. Uploaded files are stored privately, are not publicly accessible, and are shared only with the people and suppliers who need them to answer your requirement.
Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to operate this site and our communications: hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe) where a transaction proceeds to invoicing. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Retention
We keep sourcing requests and related correspondence for as long as they are commercially relevant — quotes, orders, and their records need history. If you want a request and its files deleted, email us and we will remove them unless a completed transaction requires retention.
