If you're not satisfied with your planter for any reason, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. We may ask you to send the piece back (unused, in its packaging) with a prepaid label, or in some cases we'll simply refund you — our call, your money back either way.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your planter arrives chipped, cracked, or broken, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No return shipping required on damaged goods.
NOT ELIGIBLE
Refunds requested after the 14-day window, or damage from freeze exposure or misuse. (Transit damage is always covered under the 7-day photo policy.)
